Air-conditioned and fan-only rooms available in fully furnished 6 bedroom modern share house.

The current rooms available are:

1. Room 3 (upstairs, west facing) – $270 per week OR $250 per week + 1/6th of all bills such as water, electricity, internet, etc- commencing approx. 01 Jan 2019

Other inclusions:
-All cutlery and crockery included in shared kitchen

There is also a shared common room with 42″ plasma TV.

Your choice of having electricity, gas, water, internet and gardening charged at 1/6th of all bills, or capped at $20 per week.

International students are welcomed. We accept applications directly from overseas. Skype inspections can be made by appointment.

Only 1 person allowed in each room (no couples).
